In the the forest at wonderland. You have to have the white trinity to get it.

The forest in Wonderland holds Lady Luck, though it's not very impressive. But it's better than the Kingdom Key...

You use the white trinity in one of the hidden places in wonderland.

Simply! Listen, first go back to the forest in Wonderland and grow big again (if you don't know, give the first yellow plant you see a potion). Get the fruit, but don't eat it yet, Hit the tree so that the branch is facing towards the hole.

Grow small, go up the the tree, follow the branch into a hole. Activate a lantern and a painting should appear, go through it. There should be a white trinity mark, use it and you get the Lady luck keyblade.
