How Do You Get Curaga and stopaga.

To get Curaga after returning to Hollow Bastion for the second time talk to Aeris 3 times and she will give you Curaga.

To get Stopga you must defeat the phantom at the neverland clock tower.

Put Peter Pan in your party then talk to Tinkerbell, she will take you to the clock tower to fight the phantom.
