When you beat the yellow eco cup there is a cut scene and he comes up to you ands starts saying that you cheated and he takes of his wig and he has flame tattoos on his head then you have to shoot him down it's really easy

I knew like almost halfway through but you don't acctualy know until the end
Its really really easy to defeat him and I think that jak x has the worst ending out of all four jak 3 rules

I had my first thoghts about him being him when in a video from jak-x
Pecker says that mizo is up to some thing then jak says mizo is getting alot of attention for trying to be out of the public eye then GT pulls then out of the subject imeaditly but I wasnt sure untill you beat yellow eco cup like that other person said.
P.S jak games rock!
