On the snowy mountain were is the frozen crate?

There's a cave near the beginning of the level. You should see the crate frozen to the left cave wall. Destroy it with Yellow Eco AFTER you activate the vents to get a Power Cell.

After you activate the Yellow Eco vents, the frozen crate is in the cave that is the right most path from the beginning. Grab the Yellow Eco and blast away to find a Power Cell with your name on it.
