How do you get the hidden power cell in the Mountain Pass?

After you beat the fire dude you'll race against these lurkers. If you have activated the yellow eco in the sopw place, then yellow eco will show up in the mountain pass. After you make the huge jump into the forest place, turn your zoomer to the left. There will be yellow eco. Once powered up, shoot the boulder in the way on the mountain side and voila.
