Ok, after being friendly towards Tim (give him eggs or sweets) he'll ask you to go on a treasure hunt in which you will find some of Bobs childhood toys, after that, continue paying attention to Tim and Bob until Tim comes to you with a REAL treasure map. After getting this map you need to make sure you get to know your dog better (train him with the flute) then Tim is usually up to the Villa around
11am - 2pm (if he isnt there everyday, try going on thursday) and bring your dog. If Tim and your dog like you well enough, then your dog will find the sacred land. If you need anymore help, just ask =)

I trained my dog and I bring him up to the villa and tim says nothing

What if you unlocked the sacred land (with the dia ending), but you can't go back to it?
I left, and then when I turned around, I couldn't go back!
