What Are The Easiest Steps To Get the girls?

Alright, for Lumina, you have probably been giving her flowers and moon ore. Just be persistent and she will come to like you. Muffy likes flowers too, so if you don't want to marry her, either ignore her or give her stuff she hates (actually, I don't know that the latter one works, she might just refuse your gift). Also, Muffy is easier to get than Lumina because her hearts go up if you buy drinks from the bar. Lumina has no such shortcut. Don't give up, and give her gifts every day. Muffy, like I already mentioned, loves things like flowers and her heart will go up the more drinks you buy. Thus she is one of the easiest girls to court. Celia (the girl I first married, I got this game just a little while ago) also likes flowers (what a novelty, right?). She was very easy to woo, and just like Lumina, you can give her flowers every day. Celia has a similar shortcut to Muffy's, just buy stuff from her shop. Some people say that if you buy from her in particular (rather than from Vesta and Marlin) you get bonus points. I don't believe this to be true, but you can try if you wish. Nami is widely considered the hardest bachelorette to woo in the game. She won't fall for the flowers, except for the "Trick Blue" flower that blooms in fall. She does, however, like things from the dig site, such as the statues. As you are not able to dig every day (the 3rd and 8th of every season are Carter and Flora's off days), and you are never guaranteed to get an item she likes even when you dig, she ends up taking quite a long time. Keep in mind, if you see the girl you like walking by your stand near the Inner Inn (sorry, but I don't think Lumina ever does) give her plenty of discounts. This will raise that girl's hearts. I'm sorry I can't answer anything about getting a daughter. I wanted a daughter but I got a son. Oh well. I believe it's random. You may be able to save before bed on Winter 30th (if you propose before then, I don't know about 'arranged' marriages) and re-load your game until you get a girl. It may not be worth your time though, as you would have to watch the whole marriage cutscene again. There is also a rumor on a website (I can't remember which...sorry!) that you talk to "Mr. Pots" in the Sprites' house 100 times and he will ask you if you want a boy or a girl child. I have never seen this elusive "Mr. Pots" but am pretty sure he exists because sweet old Nina told me about a dream in which the sprites introduced him. But I never saw him. Hope I helped!!!

What the previous answer is all true, up until the child gender part. Just offer your blue feather to Lumina, and refuse Muffy. You do not have to marry her.

It does not matter who you marry, and how much the women like you for the gender of the child.
You need to go to the Harvest Goddess' spring, and into the hollow tree by eating either mushroom by that tree up the path. It should take you in. After coming in, go along the right side of the tree, where the three pots are. Push A to look at them, and it will say something like "There is something in there."

Keep bugging the pots until it says "...You ....win." Talk to Nak, (Or Nik and Flak. I don't think it matters.) and he will say the pots will give you one wish. You may choose to either have a daughter or a son.

I read somewhere that to get a daughter you have to eat a red mushroom by the waterfall. You will faint a wake up in the sprites house. Talk to the pots in their house 100 times until it says 'You win...' (weird, I know). Then go talk to the sprite in the red robe. He will give you a wish, you can wish for either a dauther or a son. If you dont do this you will always have a son (which kinda defeats the purpose of why I bought the special edition).

lumina is the easy to get just give her mist moons every day i think when the third hert is pink she will let u give her the fenther(im not great at spelling) anyway go where the spirtes live eat one of the mushrooms out side of there place. once inside keep taking to "mr.pot"(the pot) then when he say ill grant u a wish then go to the fatest one of the spirtes and he will ask if u want a boy are a girl okay that waz waaaaaaaaaaay longer then i thoght it was going to be BYE!

Nami is really easy to marry. Talk to her all of the time and give her the human statue or the skull thing from the digsite. If you talk to her till she repeats the same thing over and over everytime you see her, it won't take long at all. I got her to 4 hearts by summer 1 year 1.

You don't talk to the fattest sprite you talk to the 1 in the middle, everyone says nami's the best but shes not if you marry lumina she helps you out on the farm.
So if you want to marry lumina give her moon ores she likes that better than flowers and if you have a sheep give her the wool. Once you have one heart got to her house at about 10:00 you will get a cutsceen where romana is naging lumina she will say something to you say I think you should do something more fun then she will start talking to you about her mom. After the sceen you will be in the villa. When you get two hearts go when lumina stops playing the piano follow her to her room then a cutsceen will trigger of her looking at a pianting by her shelf she will start talking about her piantings she like then she will talk about her favoret panting of an older guy liking a younger girl then she will start talking about something else then she will give you a question say something like so your lonely then she will start talkng again then she walks you out of the door then she says come again big brother with a heart over her head when you get three hearts go to the villa at about 7:00 but make sure lumina,rommana,and sebastion are inside when you walk in sebastion will say I just made a new dinner will you try it say yes and he will go in to the kitchen and you will be left by the door to rommana's bedroom and you will her lumina saying how she likes this guy to rommana then sebastion walks out of the kichen and you go inside talking how beautyful lumina is looking these days and saying that he hopes her first love works out then you eat the new dinner say it's good after that the next time you talk to lumina she will ask you a question about the first person who comes to your mind when you her the color white say lumina and she will say acording to this book the person who is the color whote to you is the person you want to marry and then she will say me your wife maybe we shouldnt trust this book but shes hiding she likes you it increases her afection to you. Once you have four hearts and perpose to her you and lumina are in rommanas bedroom and she acts like shes real mad but it a test then you will given a question say I will take care of it then she is normal again and say that that was a joke sebastion starts say how crul a joke then rommana say that she will teach lumina how to be a good wife then lumina say she will study real hard to be a good wife to you and then you are engaged

I would go with lumina because in the book it says never ask muffy to get her clothes dirty working on your farm I will stick lumina but her kids will not listen to you cause all they care about is music I think you should go with celia her kid will help out more.
