Secret passage is at the bottom of the grand staircase. Go past the entrance hall all the way to the bottom till you see a portrait.
Gargoyles
1)near Dean Thomas in the transfiguration courtyard
2)defence against the dark arts stairs, in the passage way on the right
3)Viaduct brigde
4)Paved courtyard up the stairs
5)near the clock tower in a corridor. Passage that leads outside
