Get past the bit on it where you're on this thing that slopes down and the water is there so you can't get past how do yoi do them bits?

Well, you have to Unlock the Herbology level, learn the Herbivicus Spell and then collect that Tri-Wizard Shiled by casting Herbivicus on the closed lilies.
In the "bit on it where you're on this thing that slopes down and the water is there" you have to pass the level by collecting another Tri-Wizard Shield and the water automatically disappears.
