Can you unlock all the cars together if you put a code in?

No!, You can not unlock all the cars with a single code. You must WIN the races to unlock all cars.
No, mate, you have to win whole race sets to unlock cars to be used. There are no codes as far as I know to unlock all of the cars.
I heard that a code was R1,R1,R2,R2,circle,square,square,triangle. Do it at the main menu. I've never tried it, so I don't know if it works.
You can't. You have to win the races manually, and there is no code to unlock all the cars at once. In other words, you can only unlock the cars one by one by winning the races. There are also some cases where buying a car will unlock it.
Actually you can but you need game shark disc an I don't know exactly were to buy them
