Question for Gran Turismo 4

Is there a way to remove car modifications?
I have modified a car and now can't enter certain races. (You used to be able to remove turbo's and things from cars in GT3 to comply with race reg's).

To remove parts from a car do this.
When you go to a race, go to where it sais Settings and click it.
Click on the part type and change it or remove it.
