On this very website in the user submitted cheats section, it is stated that inputting R1, R2, L2, X, O, square, right, left, R1, R2, L2 at the start menu will give you all of the licenses automatically. I tried it and it didn't work. I just want to know if it is supposed to work. Please try to reply soon.

That's because no codes exist for this game exept for the action replay max codes.
