There are three cars that you could use for this race the playstaion pascarelo c60 the audi r8 race car or the r92cp nissan I used the r92cp nissan but I would recommend the playstaion pascarelo c60 it's got the pest tyre wear out of the three cars. As for the b-spec keep it on medium pace also when you are approaching a bend switch it to increased pace the car will move quicker out of the corner after that put it back to medium pace do the same for all bends also set it to medium pace at night.
