Im not sure if you can do that, cause I never needed it. But check the manual of the game to be sure.

It's actualy quite simple you go to transfer in the garage IF you have gt3 data

You can tranfer up to 100,000 dollars from your gt3 account but this is only about 54,000 on gran turismo 4
