It's Ford GT LM Race Car Spec II, not Ford GT LM. They are different. Unlock it by winning Gran Turismo World Championship in the amateur league.

I think the formula 1, unlock it by doing the nurburing 24 hr endurance, but thats not the one on the cover, and I don't think the ford gt lm race car spec II is the one on the cover because the one on the cover dosn't have decals (stickers) on it.

If you don't mean the formula 1 then it's the R92CP race car and the one on the front cover is the Ford Lm race car spec 2. To obtain the R92CP race car you will need to complete the 228 lap fuji speedway endurence race.
