In Fifa07 can you decrease the players salary like in FIFA 06?If so at what level should your negociator be?

Just go to player contracts and reduce their salary and ask them to resign, they usually do unless you reduce it by heaps.

Depends on the player, and his morale, if it exceptionally high, then he may consider reducing his salry, but not by much, they would also like win and scoring bonuses, signing on fees, and years on contract to be increased .
