1. Trying To Get A Rubbish Team To An Excellent Team (Oldham Athletic)

2. A Mediocre Team, And Trying To Make Them Big (West Brom, Crystal Palace)

3. An Excellent Team Already, But You Want To Try And Get Them Better (AC Milan, Real Madrid)
