Listen, I play this game all the time. To login to the hacking system you must first have a saved game otherwise it won't work.
Then you go on the hacking system and clcik any button when it says that, then enter cheat or cheat.exe and you are good to go.

Type login, then if you want to listen to a message from Morpheus, type FREEMIND and use keys 1-5 to listen to his message. If you don't want to then type GUEST.

The only way to hack in, you need a saved data and listen to Morpheus message.
