Is there a way to unlock the Han Dynasty for this video game?

Sorry but you can't, Shu is part of the han but shu is tryin to restore the han. All in all no there is not a way to unlock them.

Umm actually this game takes place during the han dynasty. Each side will say that they are trying to restore the han but only shu fights for that.
