To get the nanman forces you need to be either a wu character or shu character. You need to kill meng huo 7 times (once in a duel) and zhu rong(in a duel). At the end of the dynasty (once you complete musou mode for your chosen team), you should get the two. To get Zhang Jiao, you need to beat every musou mode. For Shu Wu Wei LuBu Nanman DongZhuo Yuan Shao. If I missed any, you need to complete those to. You only need to complete with one person from each group.
