Well, I dont't know how to unlock Lu Bu but i think you get 1000 KOs in Hu Lao Gate (not sure), as for red hare I think in the level in I belive Wei chapter 3.
The 1 with Cao Cao VS Lu Bu you must get to red hare in the lake and as for Elephant sash, I can't help you there.....

Alright. First, you have to be on hard mode, and you have to have lu bu's 9th level weapon.
Go through HIS musou mode until you get to the level called LU BU'S REVOLT.
Here you have to defeat and kill all troops and generals and ambush parties. Diao Chan must be alive. When you have killed all but Dhong Zhuo, the message will appear on the screen saying 'You have recieved Lu Bu's 10th level weapon, Sky Scorcher. Just kill Dhong Zhuo and you will have the weapon.
As for the elephant saddle...
You have to be on the Nanman Campaign on the Nanman's side (thank God). Just get an elephant (this may be tricky) and ride it to the enemy's base.
Once your inside, the special item report will appear back insideYOUR base.
Go and collect it quick, as the enemy commander may be quickly defeated. Once you have picked it up, just complete the level.
I'm not sure if you have to do this on on Musou Mode or on Free Mode, but it should be easy enough.

This is how to get the Elephant saddle:
Elephant Saddle
Appearance: Elephant mounded with armor
Effect: Begins stage mounted on a slow elephant
Commonly Used By: Meng Huo, Zhu Rong, and other Nanman generals
Side: NANMAN
Item Found At: CAMPAIGN OF NANMAN
How To Get: Ride an elephant into Zhuge Liang's camp
Valuable Item Location: South of Meng Huo's castle
People have told me how to get lu bus 10th levle wepon but it hasnt worked 4 me but ill tell u any way:
Put it on hard in options, then go on lu bus revolt and kill every single person with diao chan still alive. if it dont work try it on musou mode.
to unlock the red hare is like this:
Red hare saddle
Apperance: Red with gold armor on
Effect: Fastest horse on the game
Commanly used by: Lu bu and Guan yu
Side: lu bu
Item found in: Battle of Xia pi
how to get: dont kill any officers a tall or it wont work wait 4 the the movie with Guan yu nicking lu bus horse then kill him quik b4 he retreatsthen go kill coa coa.
