Is it possible to get Janemba, or is that just Tenkaichi 2. And can anyone tell me how to get (if you can) ssj4 capsule for vegeta?

Don't think you can get Janemba in Budokai 3. The SSJ4 Vegeta capsule is obtained from Bulma when playing as Vegeta in DragonUniverse the 2nd time. Before fighting Brolly (this event is triggered by talking to Kabito near Muscle Tower before fighting Super Buu), head towards the event at the string of islands south of Goku's house. After that, fight Brolly, go to the event in the mountains near Baba's Palace, then to West City.

It is impossable to get janemba I tryed. but youcan get him in tenkaichi 2 only.

No there is no possible way to get Janemba In Budokai 3. Also to get SSJ4 you must get it from bulma before you fight SSJ Goku, has to be after you beat dragon univrse the second time with vegeta

Janemba is only in the Tenkaichi games....

Use Vegeta's Dragon Universe for AT LEAST the second time. Fullfill the "Broly Requirments" , DO NOT go to the battle with Broly after the second battle with Super Buu. Slowly fly over the islands in the bottom-right of the map. When you fly over the right one, a scene will automatically triggered. After the scene has ended, go beat Broly. After Broly has been beaten, ignore the red dot and go to Baba's Palace instead. Carefully search surrounding area for a spot labeled "Plains". After you talk to Bulma, go to West City. After the West City scene, you will have the S.S.4 capsule for Vegeta (it also explains how he skipped S.S.3). Now go to the island with the red dot. If you defeat S.S.4 Goku, you will unlock the S.S.4 Gogeta capsule for Vegeta.
