Purchase the "Ultimate Skill/Move" for each character at the skill shop. They cost 50,000 Zenie each. If you think that's bad,...each one has a "Power-Up"!!! Ya know, that Red "P" in the yellow circle,... Middle box of the "Skill Card". Basically, it increases the attack's strength. However, it's like buying the same thing twice.
Once you have everyone (not inlcuding Saibamen and Cell Jr) you can buy them at the shop for 50,000 zenie's each...
When you get every character exept Cell Jr. And Saibamen you can buy the ultimate moves for 50,000 zenie each
To get the ultimate moves you must have all the characters(cell jr. And saibman are not needed) you can but the ultimate moves at the Skill Shop for 50,000 zenie.
