Baby vegeta is not available in the game nor are 6 of the dragons the only dragon available is omega shenron.

You cannot get Baby Vegeta or all 7 Dragons. But you can get 1, Omega Shenron.
Here is how to get him.

Omega Shenron - With Goku, follow the steps to fight Broly, but before you go to the tournament go to West City, and talk to Bulma. Then go to the tournament and a new dot will appear and you will fight Omega Shenron and get this capsule.
