How do you unlock the Cell Games and how do you get Supernova for cooler? Thanks!

To get the cell games tournament mode you need to unlock the dragon arena by beating dragon universe with all characters (there's only 11) and then defeat all the characters lvls 51-55 cell should then "break in" and upon defeating him you will unlock cell games.
Supernova for cooler can be bought in the skill shop for 50,000 zeenie but it may take a while to get there because you must buy all the super moves that come before his.
I used lvl 47 goku and defeated everyone from lvl 51-55 in dragon arena and cell didn't break in
