How come when I enter a password it doesn't work?

Any tips on what I might be doing wrong!

O.k, let's first begin with: where do I enter passwords??

Main Menu-->Dragon Arena-->1P vs COM-->choose your character-->now press on R1 to change to the Passwords List-->Press Start-->enter the password

It can be that the one that gaved you the password may have written it wrong, check for Capitalized characters and normal ones...
Double check if the password is right...
Then enter it...

Well, someone might accidentaly capitalize a lowercase letter, making the password void.

You need to make sure that your "Caps" (CAPITAL/lower case) are correct. That is the "usual" problem.
