Can someone please tell me how you get the move final impact for vegeta? Do you just buy it in the shop or go somewhere in dragon universe to get it?

Once you enter the Planet Namek stage, you can find the move on a Planet Namek marker on the mid-western part of the map. Cheers to answering a question 8+ years later, huh.
