I just know the answer to question #2 the dragon arena is a place to fight in duels and practice modes.

To get Uub,with goku, you must defeat kid buu with the spirit bomb. If you do that there will be a continuation of DU.

GO to the world tournament arena and you will get to fight uub. If you beat him you will get Uub.

To get Brolly, the third time you play through as goku before you fuse with vegeta talk to the supreme kai near vegeta. after that go fuse with vegeta.

After you fight inside buu vegeta will tell you to go fight a power he feels. It will be Broly. Beat him to get him.

You get broly by talking to supreme kai after you beat super buu inside him self then go over to the mountians and talk to him.

You get uub by betting kid buu whith a super sprit bomb you have to have all ki and no transformations on goku, to get him you will know got him when you battle whith him at the world tournament.

You get dragon arena after you beat dragon universie with goku, kid gohan, teen gohan, gohan, vegeta, piccilo, krilln, broly, uub,yamcha, tein.

You can only get omega shenron. increase attack and health.
