For question 1 yes Trunks can use his sword freely. For question 2 No. For question 3 I don't know.
1. Yes Trunks can use his sword whenevr he wantsby pressing R1 and the directional button toward your opponent. For something else with his sword after you press the R1 and the d-pad thing press square.
2. No, Broly can only go Legendary Super Saiyan.
3. No, you cannot use Ozaros, just Super Saiyan.
