How do you use the supersaiyan 3 capsule in dueling/tournament?

Blue Eyes Black Dragon

The same way you do it on the Dragon World.

Press R1 R2 when you have enough ki gauges and you will be a SS3.

(You must have the King Kai Fistx20, SS, and SS2 skills to be able to turn SS3)

Hold p+k+e after you have 5 ki gauges.
