Date of Question: Dec 30 2004 | Question ID: 17403 How am I supposed to get android 17 I've beaten him alot and I still can't get him. Please help. |
In order to get Android 17 unlocked and able to play, you must beat him with Piccolo. Beating him with anyone other than Piccolo earns you capsules but you can't unlock 17 that way. Just beat him with Piccolo.

You have to finish him off with piccolo. For many character you have to beat them with another character to unlock them. If you want everybody you are going to have to play the game more than once.
