Can someone help me please?

I used the seven dragonballs to awaken Shenron and I wished for Goku's Breakthrough but nothing changed! What is the Breakthrough all about!?

You have to go to change capsules for goku and go all the way to the green capsules and towards the end you should see breakthrough it takes all seven spots in the tray and lets you use every single move for that character
