The last one is in the level "The Beggining",when you get to a place that there is a room full of DG Elite soldiers which are the ones that bullets don't do damage to them.In this room there is some pipes in the celing and a pillar in the center that when you stay on it for 3 seconds it goes up,so go there,get on the pillar and wait till it reaches it's limit.Then youll see lots of pipes.Jump on the small thiner one on either left or right side.When on the pipe walk carefully and reach the conected huge pipe and look around the huge pipe like aroun the left corner or right corner it will be there.If you didnt understand then just ask ill make a more detailed answer,anyways hope this helps.

Hear Are The Locations For All 3
Chapter 08B : Provide cover fire for the WRO member that's trying to
deactivate the laser barricade. Once open, go through it, and
climb the ladder at the end of the path. Chapter 10 : Find it under the stairs on along the back of the rooftops.
Chapter 11 : At the room with a round elevator platform. Have that
platform take you up, and walk on the pipes towards the north
edge.

You can get it easily.
It is in the stage which is named "The Beginning" there is something that goes upwards then downwards.
When it goes upwards jump on it and be careful on the timing when you move on the thin line.
Keep moving until you go to the wall then you will find it on the left or the right.
