Were do you mega level digimon to fight?

I think you mean: "Where can you go to fight mega level digimon?" If so, then you've got two or three options.
First of all, there are plenty of optional bosse you can fight. You can go back to each level and fight every single mao-digimon for a second time. (Starting with Belphamon) Note: You have to have saved at the last save point past the yellow door in the dark area to fight each mao-digimon again. And, all of them are a lot stronger than the first time you fight them, and they each have like 3 to 5 times the Hp they had! However you don't have to fight Creepymon or Lillithmon. You can just talk to Creepymon at Walter Island and obtain his power.
And the same for Lillithmon at Livilus Island.

Second, you can go to areas that have Mega Digimon lurking around. For instance, you can find Platnum Numemon at the dark area. But I think the best place to mine Mega digimon is in the Ice Labrenth. However, you have to get to a certain secret level to do this.
To find this level, you have to beat Lucemon for the second time. (You know, when you save past the yellow door in the Dark Area) After that, simply go back to the Ice Labrenth where you fought Lucemon, and fight him again. After beating him, a portal should apear right at the bottom of the area. Go to it, and it'll take you straight to the hidden area.
