The only house you need Gerald to let him stay in the house is only the BRICK HOUSE.. Thats the only house I've used for him to stay..

Hey, Hellhero.. I'm Neil.. I'll answer your question.. So, in Heim Rada you need Gerald to reside in that place.. So, you need a brick house only.. And thats it! All there.. Hope I've helped..
