Can you tell me how to time a shot well??

Look at the style of bowler and where the ball is aimed. If the ball is a slow bouncer, it will drop right near you so do the defensive shot. If not, use the normal shot to score high points.

If timed well you can hit every single ball for 6 no matte wht sort of game you play being one dayer test match watever.... Ppl normally say to just press the 6 hit button being the O button thats only half the trick, the trick is whilst the bowler is running in hold down the L1 and R1 buttons then when he lets go of the ball press the the O button with the direction you want the ball to go the batsmen shall then charge down the pitch and smash the ball for if timed correctly a 4 or 6. It's all about timing if facing a fast bowler you charge as soon as it leaves his hand if facing a spin bowler you wait for a lil bit then charge, personally for me to hit a boundary I charge the bowler it wors everytime. It's more difficut standing in you're crease to hit a boundary, when charging you can hit the ball out of the stadium.
