Soul Break is the most difficult level in the game. The game is non-linear, so you can come back to it. The best advice is to finish up the main rounds, and perhaps the other medallion rounds before coming back to it. Keep in mind intelligence does nothing in this round. Strength gives you higher damage (i.e. When smacking flying worms), stamina increases your hit points and recovery and dexterity will increase your natural armor rating. So, you may want to increase these categories when leveling up while performing the other rounds. Other than that, remember you can use two barrels to block enemies off and sometimes I find it helpful to barricade myself in a small room (usually takes 3-4 barrels) away from the wormies while my character heals. Often times you can simply run away from the worms too...you don't always have to kill them. Good luck.
