In the House of Sacred Remains on level 1 the are 2 rooms side by side on right top of screen, in the second room there is a balcony with a railing on front side and a broken piece on the floor, how do I get onto the balcony?

Jump off the rubble on the floor out towards the middle of the room, as you reach the top of your jump hold the stick towards the rail and press the jump again, he will double jump and hopefully he will be facing the rail, when he is attack and leon will grab the rail with his whip,
If not keep trying as this part requires some skill, there are also some strongish monsters in there but there is some equipment

There is also another way , This is kinda easy if your are skilled(Not if you have all skills) player.

First you need to have Wolfs Foot.
And there at that place , use that relic and jump towards middle of that room and them jump towards the door.

Here you don't need to attack.

Be sure that you have some MP Left.
