That door leads to "The Forgetten One", to ulock it you have to beat the other five bosses. This does not include the optional elemental bosses, but you should beat them anyways. The Forgotten One is weak against Ice so equip the ice whip and I think he's also weak against Axes, but I can't remember for sure.

I also forgot to add, you need to find the jewel of unlock to open the forgotten ones chamber. You can find the jewel in the pagoda of the moon after the cinematic with walter. In one of those round about's near his chamber theres a door that leads to another of those dark jumping puzzels.

When you get to the large platform in the middle of the room, that a bit off to the left, use the wolf foot relic and run and jump into the far left forner of the room. You should find a platform there, go in the door and you should find the jewel of unlock in there.

And you still need to beat all 5 bosses from before hand to unlock the pagoda anyways.
