You don't really need to push the r1 and L1 buttons really fast press it normol.

That's easy just press both buttons together as fast as you possibly can and the German will start to fall backwards and then you press a button like X or O and you smack him!

Just press L1 and R1 again and again until something apear on the screen then press the button..... [That will work]

I always pushed them both repeatedly as fast as I could; however, I don't believe that it will make a difference in how fast you push them.
Eventually you will see the next button that you need to push in order to kill the German.

You have to push them as fast as you can and alternate between them - L1, R1, L1, R1 really quick

What I do is put the controler up and push L1 and R2 with your thumbs. You can go alot faster this way. Sorry, but you have to over do the German instead of just keep pushing it fast for a long time. That means you have to push it fast until the guy wack him in the face. You know this if you see the gun pushing toward the German. Like dimond765 you have to push the O button to continue otherwise you have to do it all over again.
