Logitech needs

How do you unlock the Logitech car??? I have unlocked all of the special cars except for the revenge racer(which I am close to getting) and I have no clue how to get the Logitech!!! The only thing that I can think of is that I have to complete all of the Signature Takedowns. Is that how you get it??
