How do I play catch with people because when I throw a ball to them they get hit by it, and when they catch it I can't catch it! How do I make them catch it and how do I catch it?

Right, to catch the ball you have to wait until the opposing player is about to throw the ball, then press and hold X and the ball should land in your hands!
