Hi I'm stuck after the first batmobile mission were you have to get to the fat cop, I've got to the second building and I've destroyed the scaffolding and used the crane and blown up the tanks.

I opend the door and opeedn the vents went in the room were 2 guys come in and pressed the button.... then they called back up and they crowed.... where am I, what do I do when I leave they kill me with there guns plzz help!!
