If you want to move the larger blocks, get bombs and blow up the skeleton bones:

You have to go through the ginen doors (PURPLE)

At the cavern entrance - once you move the HEAVY block to the bridge, jump on top of the block and go UNDER the bridge -this will get you to the door (PURPLE) to blow up skeleton bones.

Once you get to the treasure door -it will automatically give you supplies for the ship -HINT:: when fighting the witch, she'll only hit 3 times -use your block.

At the Ship you have an oversize CRAB to kill -keep slashing away and moving -
