If you transfer 100,000 credits from your Gran Turismo 3 Save, I reccomend you buy the HPA Motorsports Stage II R32 '04 for around 34,000 credits. You can find this car by going to the tune shop and select HPA Motorsports. This Car has 532 BHP and will make mincemeat of the cars in the Beginner section and the special condition events.
