Unlock Custom Option:
When you get get a 100% hit Head Shot status two times in a row the 'Custom' option becomes available at the Battle mode 'Team Setup' menu.
Unlock Team Power Option:
When you get 2 Head Shots in a row the 'Team Power' option becomes available at the Battle mode menu.

Press L1, Square, R1, R1, R2, Square, L1, R1, R2 at the Story mode 'Game Select' screen. During gameplay enter the following codes
Disco Mode:
L1, Left, L1, Left, R1, Right, R1, Right.
Low Gravity:
Up, Up, Up, Up, Up, Up, Down, Right, Up.
Big Heads:
Up, Left, Down, Left, Down, Up, Up, Left.

Complete the game twice successfully to unlock the level select option.
