When doing the job where you have to help the other car win I recommend using a sturdy car (negotiator works best), and going the opposite way on the track and crashing head on with the other cars. After a couple attempts all cars will be unable to move and the car will be able to have a guaranteed win.

Because when you steal a cop car you automatically have full felony (heat) on both the car and yourself, it can be hard to get one to your garage without dying. What I would recommend is to shoot at a civilian or kill them near a garage, and wait for the investigation cop car to come in. When it does, the cops will get out and start to examine the scene. When they do, get in their car and drive away from them until they lose you or you kill them, and when they lose you take the car to the nearby garage and clear it's felony. You can steal a S.W.A.T. Van in a similar manner.

On the mission where you have to hijack the columbian's car and rig it with a bomb use the car invincability cheat. The bomb will not explode so you can do what ever you need to win. Also it is usefull if they close the steel doors so if they do enable the cheat and take the way in you used to get there in the first place. Hope this helps

This is not much of a hint but I think it is cool.
When you are driving anything press down on the directional button and you will go slo-mo.
One hint for when you are in slo-mo it is hard to steer because the camera is facing the car on the side.

If you dont buy bullet proof things your car, it is vulnerable to bullets and you will suffer major damage.

Instead of chasing the cars to blow them up just turn around at the start line and drive straight into the front of them when they come round the last corner.
