How to get Broly, Super Saiyan 4 Goku Skill, Super Gogeta/Super
You need to be playing through Goku's Dragon Universe mode. Play through it however you want until after you beat the fat original Majin Buu. After you beat him, and right before you fight Super Buu with gohan absorbed, go to the middle of the map where it is a dry desert, a little lower than that is a darker desert right?
Go there and you should be able to land there and there should be a cutscene with Tien and Goku. Then fly around that area a little bit and you should be able to land again and you will talk to the Supreme Kai who is now fused with Kibito.
He will talk about how there is another power greater then Majin Buu's and he is worried. Go and beat Super Buu with Gohan absorbed, and then beat Super Buu in his head.
When you are supposed to beat Kid Buu, it will be Broly instead of Kid Buu beat Broly and there will be a cutscene where Goku talks about a paper falling out of the sky and he talks to Vegeta about doing fusion to beat this mystery warrior, don't go to the world tournament yet.
Go to the islands that are on the bottom right hand of your map. Fly around carefully looking. There should be question marks and land there. Goku will get the Super Saiyan 4 skill. After that, go to West City and talk to Bulma, she will talk about how the dragon radar is haveing a malfunction or something like that and about how it has never happened before.
Then you can go to the world tournament and beat Gotenks. I am not sure what happens next, but I think that there is a cutscene with Goku and then there is either a dot for you to go to on your map or he fights Omega Shenron and says he can't do it on his own.
So Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta shows up and they fuse to become Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta. Then you will fight him and you only have two attacks but they are freakin' powerful. So beat him and then you will get him.
