How can you get to the "Death Capital Mayfil" I've tried every thing....

Can someone help me please!!!!!!!!!

It's taken me three months

You must submit codes to the legislation department, then go to the law factory, and then to the law launching plat form.

Then you can go back the way you came and warp to mayfil.

There are a lot of codes to submit to the legislation department if you so choose.

I have already defeated aglis and zenebatos. I returned down from zenebatos on coolon and now I can't get back so I can go to mayfil. How do I get back? I tried going through Rouge and everything.
