I play tekken 3 on my pc with epsxe emulator but my screen is to small.It was working full screen sometime back but I don't know what happpened suddenly..My os is windows 7..

It depends off your emulator plugins . Sometimes the EPSXE plugins works only in Windows XP. You should download a new version off the emulator.
